At Mount Everest, we stand by the quality of our gear. If your equipment doesn't meet your expedition standards, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the equipment remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned gear at base camp, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
